Speaking of Google and their ever-evolving value proposition, I have to shill a new tool that is, I do believe, better than sliced bread: google map for mobile phones
This may be old news for some, but for those who haven’t tried this tool, it’s amazing. As a guy, this means never having to ask for directions again.

I agree, Google maps for the phone is really cool. There’s also another (free) service called 4info.net that will send text messages to your phone based on sports, weather, etc.
